Delivery
Delivery cost vary depending on weight, size and distance. All Mobility Scooters, Powerchairs and Electric Wheelchairs are delivered by our own team of qualified engineers. We do not deliver Products that require specialists attention in carboard boxes. ( We leave that to the amateurs who dont give a damn about their customers)
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us, in an unused "as new" condition within 7 days of delivery and receive a full refund (less delivery costs). Collection can be arranged and will be chargeable at cost.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations mobility-scooters.co.uk gives customers a 7 day "cooling off" period in which orders can be returned from the delivery date.
Upon receipt of the goods, you are required to return the product(s) and are personally responsible for return delivery including any delivery cost. Any returned products must be complete and undamaged unused and returned in its original outer packaging.
www.mobility-scooters.co.uk reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement or to refuse any products not returned in their original condition including packaging.
Your statutory rights are not affected. |
