Warranty Information
The warranty on your products will depend on the service you choose when making your purchase.
All products bought under option 1 will be supplied with a 12 Months manufacturers warrranty for parts and labour only.
They will need to be returned to us for repair and you will need to bear the cost of that return. Alternatively we will send an engineer to your home but a call out fee will be charged.
All Products bought under option 2 will carry a full 12 months parts and labour warranty that includes any call out fees that might be needed. It is important to understand that spurious call outs will be charged for. It is in your own interest to seek advice by phoning us and discussing the fault before taking for granted that the repair is covered by the full warranty.
Option 3 is a strictly a return to base parts and labour warranty.
